• You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the class for a full refund or credit towards another class.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
• If you do not attend the class, the booking is non-refundable.
• If Lola Belly Dance cancels a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
• If a class is rescheduled, you will be offered a place on the new date or a full refund.

Lola Belly Dance respects your privacy and only collects information needed to manage classes, bookings and customer communication.

What information we collect

When you make a booking or contact us, we may collect:

• your name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• class and booking details;
• emergency contact details, if provided;
• any health, injury or movement information you choose to share;
• payment status and transaction details from Stripe.

We do not store your bank or card details.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

• manage your booking and attendance;
• contact you about classes, changes, cancellations or payments;
• make participation safer where you choose to share relevant health or injury information;
• keep booking and payment records;
• respond to your messages and enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information is stored

Booking information may be stored securely in our booking system and used for administration through services such as Stripe, Google Sheets and email tools.

Stripe processes card payments securely. Lola Belly Dance does not see or store your full payment card details.

Health information

Any health, injury or movement information you provide is used only to help Lola understand whether any adjustments or safety considerations may be needed for your class.

Please only provide information that is relevant to your participation.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information only for as long as needed to manage classes, bookings, payments and legal or accounting records.

We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• see the information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information where appropriate;
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.
